| The Otscom Project Manager develops
a detailed project plan that will be used to guide project execution and control, and
dictates what deliverables can be expected at various project milestones. Specific
components of a typical project plan include the following:

- should changes be requested in the project scope, a change management system will
be put into effect.

- the baseline schedule, captured in a ‘Gantt’ chart, within which all work packages
are scheduled and milestones marked.

- the systems put in place to ensure customer satisfaction of product, whether that
product is an input into a work process engaging an internal ‘customer’ or the
